Its scary taking a two year old to the Hoover Dam. Or at least this two year old! All he wanted to do was look over the side and push himself away from us when we were holding him.
Calvin & I with the Mike O’Callaghan – Pat Tillman Memorial Bridge behind us. Traffic only started using this bypass bridge a year ago. We even drove over it by accident. My excellent navigation skills and an old Garmin, which had not been updated in awhile, mislead us and we ended up crossing the bridge instead of driving to the dam. The delay caused us to miss the last Power Plant tour of the day by mere minutes. Jeremy was pretty disappointed but we had a good time anyways.
