Sweet 16 Cake

I made my very first marshmellow fondant cake for Jer's cousin's 16th birthday. I think it turned out great! Has to be my very favorite cake I've ever made! And it was suprisingly easy.I bought this product called The MAT, it made the fondant part so not stressful. Its basically two sheets of food safe vinyl that you place the fondant between and roll-out, no dust (corn starch or powdered sugar) needed. And it is really nice for placing the fondant on the cake! The best part was making the zebra stripes. I just cut strips of black mm fondant onto an already rolled out sheet of white fondant... Then you run the roller over all of it to stick it together. That's pretty much it!So FUN!
